
Tom Arth, Project Manager
Tom joined the company in 2008. He plays an integral role in supporting the businesses operations, which include consumer relations, customer presentation development, new product development, market research, and supply chain logistics.
Prior to joining the company, Tom had a successful six-year career as a football quarterback. He began his profession in the National Football League for four seasons, playing for the Indianapolis Colts and Green Bay Packers. During that time, he spent two off-seasons playing in NFL Europe, serving as a quarterback for the Scottish Claymores and Hamburg Sea Devils. In 2007, he became quarterback for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League. Most recently, he served as quarterback in the Arena Football League for the Georgia Force and Grand Rapids Rampage. In 2008, Tom returned to Cleveland and became a quarterback coach for his alma mater, John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. Additionally, he launched The Tom Arth Cleveland Passing Academy.
Tom is a Cleveland native, who graduated from St. Ignatius High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University, and was a four-year starter on the JCU football team, twice earning 1st team all America honors.
