A: The button next to the numbers moves left or right. Move the button away from the numbers to open. The button does not push in. |

Q: What is the default combination? A: Combinations are manufactured with a default combination of all zeros. |

Q: Do I have to set the combinations at the same time or to the same combination? A: No. Our locks work independently of one another, so you can set each to whatever you like—or keep them at all zeros. |

Q: Is there a secret way to get my Vaultz box open if I forget my combination? A: No. If the combination is forgotten, there is no way to open it without breaking the lock. |
